but the name of that flag is the Union Jack.

Fuck Stephen fucking Fry, that is what it is called, it pre-dates ships' jacks and is to do with the name anyway.

The whole internet is awash with the idea that it is a Union Flag and not the Union Jack, but saying it often does not make it right.
