The hosting here is as easy as..Pick a password for your account, and the just press browse, select, upload, and it gives you all the code ready to copy and past ;-)
I don't know if it's just me, but image shack images never cache, so everytime I hit refresh it has to download from scratch every time, and with 4mg on a slow conection, frezzing my aging PC and not letting anything else on the page load properly, it makes b3ta a little unusable..
But alls sorted now ;-)
