Sooty advertising story
Young creative team back in the '80s took their book to show a creative director at a London ad agency. The CD proceeded to look through the book using a Sooty puppet to turn the pages in complete silence. When he'd finished he moved the puppet to his ear, looked at the young team and said "Sooty doesn't like it". End of meeting with a complete cunt.
