we should bug happytoats for FREE ANIMATION education techniques for FREE.

I got that DAZ3d thing and some stuff, it seems awesome results are possible but I haven't even tried it yet

I'll probably give up and cry and draw a throbbing cdc on photosoup

PS is alright for animation, I guess, but it irritates me that you can't change the speed of GIFs... unless you can, and I just don't know how to.

# you can change the delay on a frame by frame basis
but really if you are using flash "speed" is down to the animation itself

I imagine a more optimized or smaller GIF would be faster. I'll have to have a play around with it later.

# ah well, there is a "bug" or artefact of gif that causes a bit confuserisation
a gif with a frame delay of 0 seconds will play slower than a gif with a frame delay of 0.3 or 0.4 seconds in firefox and chrome

# There's a little seconds-per-frame box somewhere on the bottom right when you save a .gif in PS
with a default of 0.2. I set all my dance gifs to 0.25 so if I post a load they will be in synch.
