Off topic
No sign of her yet, checked nearby roads, hedges, sheds etc.

:( sometimes they just go wild for a couple of days
especially at this time of year.. my 2yr old went missing last week, two whole nights; not done it before & had me phoning round the neighbours
doesn't stop you worrying tho

About the same age.
18mths ago I was looking after 7 cats (neighbour was away)
4 dead, 2 left, 1 missing, I'm tired of this.

Not related really, Toms do wander but not usually neutered females.
2 died of old age (14 + 17yrs heart failure seems the nicest way to go from what I saw)
1 from infection (11yrs)
1 flattened (1yr)

sorry to hear that.. sounds like hideous timing :((
mine is neutered but she still comes on heat, proper queeny
vets don't think they *got all of it*, but at least no pregnancy
hopefully yours is just full of the joys of spring & will be back soon :)
