# The funniest thing about this new film is all those Expanded Universe novels and tie-ins will more than likely be completely ignored.
'The Truce at Bakura' might as well go on the bonfire on Monday night.

# Noooo!
I've got a bookshelf full of star wars books!

# Believe it.
The only good thing is that Lucas won't be in control any more. You could argue Star Trek The Next Generation only got good when Roddenberry got kicked upstairs. And you'd be right.

Star Wars shat itself out of it's own arse years ago. Rovio are currently making Angry Birds: Star Wars. I rest my case.

# The one in the hairdressers was basically George Lucas beating the hopes and dreams out of a young child with a stilson wrench.

# Agreed. The whole series is easily one of the most cringeworthy, tasteless commercial exploits I have ever seen
Oh and I also hate the CGI Yoda.

# That doesn't particularly bother me and I don't mind the films either.
I just find it puzzling that people are getting so excited about the whole thing all over again, especially after all the disappointment when the prequels were made.

# Didn't that already happen with the prequels?
