# Animation Shop V 3.1 -- the companion program to Paint Shop Pro (versions 7 and 8)
not a lot of features but allows you to crop, copy frames to PSP, set the (all important) framerates

I always used to use jasc animation shop but haven't bothered instaling it on new pc. you can download that for free as well.
