This is a car. No girls, no penguins. Just a car. I might add other stuff, but had enough of it for now.

No, I just enjoy a very specific treat
that few places seem to volunteer.
Though there is a place in Thrapston that does a pork king rib grill in batter.

It is based on a 50's Mercury
What they used to call a 'Lead Sled'. But it is impossibly long and low.

I had a big old 60's Dodge
Was great fun, you had to book cornering in advance. You'd turn the wheel and sooner or later it might start to look at changing direction.

ha ha ha YES! i know exactly what you mean about the steering
mine was absoloutley terrible when it was raining i had it sideways going round a roundabout once.
it had vacum operated windscreen wipers that slowed to a crawl when you put your foot on the gas.
also when cornering in the rain, a full on posidon adventure water pissing everywhere experience.
it was a fucking cool car though despite all its faults i wish i still had it.

It is considerate of them to write such helpful advice as 'DODGE'
in large friendly letters on the front of their vehicles though.

Its very size was enough
double decker busses used to give way to me. It wouldn't go through a width restriction, or fit in a standard parking space. I got it stuck in the spiral on a multi-storey.
It was the most impractical car ever built, and I loved it dearly.

Big old American iron
cornered like a wet sleeping bag. Horrible things. But put 'em on the motorway with dirt cheap gas and just eat up the miles...

This appears to be SCIENCE.
I will go away and think about what I have done.

What we need now
is some kind of newsletter to say who won, or a place to host images and GIFs before everyone naffs off to Reddit.
