cheers, i agree - I was supposed to be adding a large number of commissions etc on her site today..however for the third sunday in a row our adsl dropped out between lunchtime and 3pm.. I strongly suspect my isp's tech support calls are answered by their billing dept though as they mostly just hang up when they see your account isnt suspended, like its the only thng they know how to fix.. :(
