I think there's a slight difference between photoshopping flags coming out of someones nose for gigglesand posting conspiracy theorist videos about podium lamps, demanding people say what they think it is 'because it's fishy'
I'm not posting these as a political point or believe he actually keeps flags up his nose.
If Hilary does a specific, repetitive hand gesture and face gurn that befits something being pulled out of her nose then by all means photoshop lots of those to balance out the political playing field.
