Nicely drawn,
but it fails the official b3ta three-pubes-per-ball rule.

how quick and easy or otherwise would it be to code monkey
a top trumps style online game that referenced hansards or theyworkforyou for points between two players chosen mps? (does that make sense?) fun for all the family.

A Top Trumps engne would be easy,
getting the data less so (the amount of votes they are all absent for doesn't help).
The theyworkforyou API is really expensive, which is a shame, as it could be used for all sorts of fun things.

The theyworkforyou API is really expensive - how does that work then? surely its taxpayer funded info? *doh!*

The API's just the way to get at the data, not the data itself.
You could scrape it, but I remember the pagination made that too much of an arse when I wanted to do something with it, and it stops the data being live.
Likewise, manually enter data - but that's slow and boring too.
