If you buy mayo and ketchup, you have both condiments separately, or the combination, in any ratio you like.

EDIT: Also, why do some labels read, 'REAL' Mayonaisse? Is the world overrun with fake mayo?

advertise it's authenticity, while most other condiments don't. We never see Real Mustard, for example. An exception, "Real tomato Ketchup, Eddie?" ~ Clark Griswold.
