on tattyshop, does anyone know how to give fonts an eerie glow to em. I used "glowing edges" but thats not quite what I want. And it wont let me change the colour from white....

OK,
control click the letters so it selects them, make a new layer, expand the selection by 3 or so pixels, feather the selection by 2 pixels, then fill with whatever coulour you want.
You may have to play about with the figures a bit.
