Nah, he's not been to bed yet.
He's been up all night unwisely mixing red wine, Bacardi Breezer and an unidentified blue liquor, and talking about fascinating stuff with that nice girl from Registration who he's starting to suspect he's not going to get off with.

My halls were sliding down the hill at a rate of a
metre per year, apparently. Temporary accomodation built in the 70s and only meant to be up for 5 years...
They were painted, but had an "interesting" sandpaper texture to them that would scratch you in your sleep.

Our matresses were plastic wrapped.
I never pissed myself, but the plastic made me sweat so much the matress got a yellow stain.
