5 hour delays both times, didn't get me a veggie meal (despite ordering when I booked the tickets *and* double checking 24 hours before), staff didn't give a crap.

i flew with them to Majorca, on the way back we had a four hour delay at 4 at four in the morning, plus the the shops in the airport shut for the night

I just wondered what the enjoyment of tobacco/anal insertion had to do with theft related guilt.
Plus the theft wasn't perpetrated by 'the Cubans', but by one of the staff on the plane, some of whom were Swedish, I think you might find.
