Actually I think it would be smaller than that
by a factor of 10 volume wise

Average weight 40kg
Total mass of humans = 2.4 E +11 kg
Density of human puree roughly 1kg/l
Number of litres/kg in 1km3 box = 1 E +12

Plenty of room to spare, you could also include pets and possibly all animals.
