Domains from: www.UKREG.com - quick/cheap/easy.
Small Hosting from: www.FastHosts.co.uk (don't do anything like PHP with them, there 'nix servers are self-admitantly 'not running at optimum effeicancy' for the past... 5 months). But they are still good for things like hosting pics.

I think you have to keep it for a year.
Gives you 50meg & a shitload of bandwidth/month.
