I never liked Buffy.
Too twee and teeny.

But I saw a few of episodes of the final series recently and they were much better, darker and more like Angel.

Im thinking specifically the one with flashbacks to Spikes mother and history.

it's very good. It's much more single episode stories than series 4, and better for it.

I literally must have seen/heard it (they had it on CD too) at least once a day for about 2 months.
