They actually did a similar thing in Leeds years ago - very lo-tech: blanking out windows with paper. It was a fucking ugly empty building (I worked on the first floor before they got ashamed of it), and they picked out a Xmas tree in light on the side facing the Railway Station.

They knocked it down in the end. An animated cock would have been a good last huzzah.

Woo yay. Jeeze: have an houpla and a panowie too.
