hmmmm, last week the smoking lack was making me generally insane, however, this week i am like an angry bear, only with less hair atop my head.....and normal hands and stuff....and glasses. (didn't think that analogy through very well)

random advice
When I quit smoking I put $5 in a coffee can for every pack I would have bought (that's what they cost here) and a few months later I bought an iPod with the cash... then I started smoking again. So maybe that's not great advice, but you could get an ipod out of it!

because if i don't then my gum disease which is heightened by my ridiculously voluminous smoking antics will spread to my jaw, and it will rot off!
Also i had 9% carbon monoxide in my blood, which is horrific!
