but they are shit at communicating with you.

i sent proof of earning documentation to them 3 times, each time thay said thet they hadn't received them.

getting lost in the post once i could understand, twice is unfortunate, three times is taking the piss.

i got to the end of my teather and bordered on killing someone, but i just phoned them up one day and decide to pay the lot of in one lump sum, which surprised them.
