But IE doesn't display pages until it caches everything, Firefox starts displying before everything has loaded (a bit like older versions of IE) and therefore gives the impression that it's slower.

I'll go to linux.. it just makes no sense to a person born into a GUI environment, it is more a matter of unlearning things to begin to make sense of it all, and I'm not overly patient.

I only have adaware,AVG and Zone Alarm and never had any probs. My mates is always going tits up and he's got Norton and all sorts.
