anyone else use ImageReady? Anyone else find it a *little* clunky?
Edit: aktually talking about difficulties transforming without creating new layers ect ect ect - I'm sure if it's jerky it is prob down to me - cheers for your words all

it is a bit of a pain to start with, but once you get the hang of layers you can do amazing things with it.
stick with it, and just keep trying different things...

for optimising stuff, couldn't work out how to animate in it (didn't try hard to find out though). and i haven't used it at all for the whole interweb side of it.

simple as that really - open the animation palette and create a new frame and switch the layers on, or off... wax on, wax off, but without rubbish kung-fu.
