May I suggest that you
subscribe to Wordtracker and see what words/phrases people use when they look for a site such as yours and then create a few pages with those words mentioned a few times throughout. (and on the home page).

aye, been sort of doing that, (i shall go look at wordtracker!)
but rather than splattering keywords in a big list, i was more writing them into sentences so they make sense; which seems to be working

page rank of 4/10 in a month isn't that bad, me thinks
