If I'm not mistaken
the pic is from Equilibrium - which was basically 1984 with guns (and brilliant). So that would be the orwellian tint?

I loved it
I wasn't expecting much when I went to see it and was blown away, the fight scenes are top notch. Less 'staged' than the Matrix. And the finale is hysterical.

In fact we watched Dare-Devil & then Equilibrium in one night, woke up the next morning & could only remember watching Equilibrium. No alcohol was involved*
