Romania just used the old one
and took the star out.

I didn't mean Romania in particular, it's just something I noticed this week.
Ukraine is a particular offender. But it doesn't seem just restricted to the former Soviet Union, but to the entirity of Eastern Europe, with Slovenia's flag being especially shit when shown next to that of the Russian Federation.
