i tried...
i can't seem to get the twisty thing quite right.. back to the drawing board methinks..

although there are 5 seperate frams there - i split the channels then stitchified them)

its one of the things i've never really ventured into - i'm a bit of an old skool kid - paint shop pro, animation shop, corel draw etc...
