I think this ones quite good
General compo principles:

Photo compos: rarely entered but the entries are normally of a good standard

How does x do y: Many of entries of varying quality

Shop x: Lots of crap with a few good ones

Anything to do with films: The judgee will take 10 hours looking at all the images

Anything to do with America: Hate

It's a question of scope
Some (film stuff) tend to be too open, wheras others (Bob Ross) ar too narrow, we've had some great ones though, victorian internet was about the right scope and still makes I laugh.
