yea read that.. VERY scary, and shows you what 'really' is going on, instead of this 'theyre doing their best' attitude that most people 'seem' to think our leaders are trying to do.
If everyone read this book democracy would become known as a sham and would be dead in a short while.
check out some of the work by Derrick Jensen, i think youd like some of his stuff if you like chomsky.
