I like your animation although I don't know how to make it smaller. Other people on here will though.

reduce the number of colours.
and optimise the animation.
There's a lot of movement around the light on the train which really doesn't have to be there... looks like each frame might have its own colour pallette or something?
also... while it's over 150k, you might want to make it a link. Poor 56k users.

...thanks for the advice folks, it's now a slimline 129k rather than the rather portly 350k anim I posted first time.
Plus I've added a little touch of perspective by using different sized flakes of John Snow, as you may notice
I'm sure I could get the anim smaller - and if I have any more inspiration I will do - but for now it shouldn't take TOO long for the V56ers amongst us (myself included)
