[challenge entry] Beverly Hills RoboCop.

EDIT : Why were you all shouting at the person in the job post that was above mine just now? It wasn't the friendliest response to someone offering a potentially interesting job - and it hardly constituted as a threadwaste.
Naughty b3tans.

# thanks Leningrad
it was honestly a real real job that would have paid out some substanttial money and i wanted someone out there to have a chance rather than farming it out to big animation agencies.

I am a bit offended at the response to be honest having been a member here for yonkers now - i thought someone would at least have been slightly interested.

# this place is full of dickends
what was it?
(, Thu 9 Feb 2006, 15:50, archived)
# its a proper animation job
for a wee quirky character ive designed for one of our clients, a rather large oil company & would have been an excellent portfolio piece - not a small job either.
(, Thu 9 Feb 2006, 15:51, archived)
# shame you got hit with that mob of cnuts
have you tried emailing eclectech?
she's great at animation
(, Thu 9 Feb 2006, 15:57, archived)
# well it's a shame you aren't allowed to use this board thanks to all the cunts
because there are many people who would be interested. Give me a couple of years to finish uni and I will be myself :)
(, Thu 9 Feb 2006, 15:59, archived)
# would there be people interested in the next job that pops up
that's perhaps not quite so appealing, or perharps the next one that isn't so related, and so on

Allow one spammer then you may as well allow them all

if it was a response rather than a main post, the flaming would have been negligible if at all.
(, Thu 9 Feb 2006, 16:05, archived)
# meh
apparently attacking people at the slightest provocation is fun or something.

What was this job thing?
(, Thu 9 Feb 2006, 15:50, archived)
# Maybe stick the details in your profile, and put something like "animator needed : check profile" into your username?
Then when you reply to other posts, people will see.

Or, as it's Friday, there would be no harm in sending a cheeky email to Rob to see if he could stick it in the newsletter.

EDIT : Crikey, it appears to be Thursday, and not Friday.

# it annoys me
because people who complain about threadwasters clearly haven't read the FAQ themselves.

Nice post though :)
