I think Dr. Mario is the perfect model for this game. You could have the stricken boat at the top as well, haemorraging cars at an increasing rate.

doesn't quite provide the tools required to do a Dr. Mario clone i'm afraid :)
FACT TIME: SEUCK was one of the very few programs to actually be better on the C64 than on the Amiga.
