Yes.
What he means is if this happens again in the future (which it shouldn't!), you're better of deleting your subsequent posts rather than the original. You can't change it now.

I wanted to make it the contest one though and not double post it. I think I get how this works now. I was really impressed with the posters image challenge, there was some unbelievably over the top images there that would never last in other PS contests I've seen. But there was some funny stuff too.
