keep the filesize down
I've manged to reduce your image from 250k to 5k without any noticable loss of quality. This saves people on dial up from pain, and those on a limited download from bills.

The problem is the size of the file on disk
You need to optimise it, so that it takes up less bandwidth

You're talking about the pixel size
we are talking about file size.

It is currently 256K, when it should be about 50K to keep people happy.
Save off Milkman Dan's one - which is 5K and swap the links
