I optimised with Imageready. What else do I need to do? I'm a bit of a techie spaz, and need all teh helps.

I don;t use ImageReady so can't be precise
but you want to compress the jpeg a bit more

1. Go File then "Save for Web..."
2. Click the little arrow in a circle next to the present menu (optimise menu) and choose "Optimise to file size..."
3. Type 50 in the box and select "Auto select GIF/JPEG" and OK
4. Save
