A friend of mine
makes wine from Ribena. As it has the same fruit and sugar content every time, all he does is tweak his process and ends up with a very consistent and drinkable bottle of plonk. Genius.

Simple
learn how to make wine, then replace the fruit, some of the water and whatever amount of sugar, with Ribena. Tweak process to taste.
