how do you pick the colours? i try and suck the straight from the source pic, and end up with purple people.

they take absolutely ages when you first start
then you get quicker,

and the Emma Bunton picture's not a real vector because it's a jpeg and therefore a rasterised image and not infinitely scaleable.
I can provide it in .ai format if you want though.
