download the firefox plugin from videodownloader.net
that'll give you a Flash .flv file, then I used something called "Total video converter" (free trial I think) to turn it into a .mov file, which you can load into imageready.

Hadn't heard of that, impressive stuff.

I bet it's faster than my idea of loading an flv in flash and rendering it out to an avi too, I tried that and it makes my pc sound very unhealthy.
