You need a program like the one I use.
It forces caps lock when you go into it, so you never ACCIDENTALLY SHOUT AT SOMEONE \o/

Mind you, so's the new one we're getting.

We had an issues meeting yesterday. It seems to me like the equivalent of buying a new car and finding out that you can use the stereo, or the engine, but not both together.
