I just bought one of these because I could and I think it's fucking cool with excellent image/sound quality. Therefore I disagree entirely with everything, even if it's something else.

When I bought mine
it was the same price as an iPod. I chose it over the iPod because:
- Picture and sound quality are better.
- I can't be doing with iTunes.
- I have no need to look "cool", but as it happens, it looks nearly as good as an iPod anyway.

I listen to a lot of radio so that was also a factor.

Not using iTunes, though, was the biggest influencing factor.
