posh cheese on toast is when you get some bread, toast one side and put tomato purée, cheese, italian herbs, ham and mushrooms on the other then whack it all under the grill

they do proper posh cheese on toast in the bakery in town, it's the bread they bake at the shop cut into a slice about an inch thick then layered with so much cheese and tomato that you can't fit it in to your mouth.
