basically the one with the brown hair says 'hello I'm a PC, I get viruses all the time, and I'm difficult to install', etc etc.. the one with the ginger/blond hair says 'I'm a Mac, I'm built for music, games & fun'.. all of which is total lies, of course.

Same. They are totally fucking useless.
I've argued the case so many times with other people and the ONLY thing they can ever come up with is 'Final Cut Pro', which is a bit of a waste when you're a shit editor sticking together crappy home movies and not exactly the editing software of choice for hollywood.
