Mountain Tracks: Volume 1 is a progressive bluegrass live album by the Yonder Mountain String Band. It was released in 2001 by Frog Pad Records.

Contrary to popular belief Mountain Tracks: Volume 2
WAS released after volume 1, following volume twos success however it was decided to re-release it with additional unseen material.
Like, pictures of sheep and stuff.
