I have not felt the pain of Notes
But our stupid IT manager decided our sane Thunderbird and POP mail system was not good enough and "upgraded" to Exchange + Outlook. Everything is worse now of course. Outlook is a piece of shit and it wastes 50 megs keeping a copy of word open in the background.
