Normal: Unlocks phone and all numbers
4 Pints: Unlocks phone but blocks ex-gf numbers
10 Pints: Unlocks phone but only allows taxi numbers

I used to have something on my mobile that did the opposite.
It had a filter for *incoming* calls that was time-based. my gf at the time had a habit of getting slaughtered and turning up on my doorstep at 2am, so i set the filter to ignore her calls after 11pm. ;)
