RE your sig . . . TLH and I were flicking through an Italian cook-book (The silver spoon)last night and found a recipe for fried calf's head . . . which involves boiling it . . . strange thing is, it was directly underneath a recipe for boiled calf's head . . . which involves boiling it . . . *shrugs*
