But then it wouldn't be a viable challenge entry.
The 30 mph minimum speed limit is meant to make the motorways safer by preventing e.g. tractors or milk floats from using the slow lane on motorways.
I hate those pissing "check your speed" signs, though - they're set very low. I've tripped many going at what my speedometer said was exactly 30, and even then the speedo's meant to be overcooked by 10%. Gggrrr

the starter motor blew (whilst I was doing 90)
and fried most of the ECU bits, the other electronics are fine, lights, windows, fans and my sound system
