it's slightly large for a still photo.
people try to keep them below 50k, whilst yours is three times that size. your best bet to reduce the size is to simply reduce the size, but probably best to have a read off the faq for any more help.

usually best if images (except animations) are under about 50k on here, though
if you saved the jpg at lower quality, you'd easily get it under that, and no one would notice the difference
