I'm in Richmond, VA, but I've traveled out that way (Portland, Sacramento, Oakland and San Francisco) and found it quite pleasant*.

You should try visiting London. Most of the stuff in England is about twice what it is here, and London doubles that again.

I liked how healthy it was in comparison to some of the other places I've been to though.

Not that I'm a health freak or anything, but it's a lifestyle I'd prefer to adopt, minus the smugness.

I ran up and down those hills a fair few times, cycled across the Golden Gate a couple of times, walked around the bay, it was most enjoyable =]
