The key words here are "up to"
In the same way that my Virgin Media broadband is "up to" 20mb but is actually more like 12mb, these beans are "up to" 50% bigger but are actually 5% bigger.

Yes, correct - there is NOT ONE mention of "up to" on it. It claims DEAD ON 50%.
